We loved staying in this place! Despite being in a seedy and bustling area, this hotel provided a serene and comfortable environment that enhanced our overall experience. The room was soundproofed, the beds were comfortable, and the shower always had hot water. We felt safe with the 24-hour security provided, and the staff were amazing with their friendly and helpful attitude. This place had all the facilities we needed, from air conditioning to flat-screen TV, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Everything was always clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the tours/ticket assistance provided.

We loved staff and location there, had every detail needed for our xmas. Beds were quite hard, nevertheless it was truly an excellent stay.

We loved this hotel's location, just a short walk from the main train station. It was perfect for us to use for transportation to and from the airport. The hotel was also conveniently located near the main Christmas market in the city center, yet quiet at night. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the staff were helpful. The breakfast selection was great, offering plenty of options at a high quality.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for us as it was close to the train station. The area around the hotel had many halal food options which was great for us as a Muslim family. The staff were kind. I recommend this hotel.
